HEALTH ISSUES TREATED
APPROACH
Andrew is passionate about young people’s health and enjoys helping children, teenagers and young adults manage a variety of complex health issues. Although his main area of interest is adolescent health he is happy to work with older school age children and young adults. His approach is to look at all aspects of health: physical, mental and social and to put the young person at the centre of the consultation, however the family will also extensively involved. Teenagers and older patients will be seen for part of the consultation on their own, if they are comfortable with that, whereas younger children will be seen with parents. Young adults (over 18) of course have the option of attending on their own.
